The International Children with Disabilities Protection Act protects children with disabilities to live and grow up in a family and avoid being placed in an institution or orphanage. It is everything we've fought for over 30 years.

The bill passed the US Senate and has bipartisan support in the House. We are grateful for the bill's bipartisan co-sponsors in the House: Jacob LaTurner (R)*, Joaquin Castro (D), Michael Lawler (R), James McGovern (D), Amata Radewagen (R), Maria Salazar (R), Dina Titus (D). We are calling for Chairman Michael McCAul and the House Foreign Affairs Committee to add the bill to its schedule for consideration as soon as possible.
