Strategic Communications Director, Ukraine

Develops and oversees the implementation of DRI Ukraine’s communications strategy, designs communications campaigns that boost brand awareness, promotes the organization’s projects and mission, strengthens the organization’s public image.

Anastasia holds degrees (M.A.) in Journalism and Ukrainian Philology from the National Pedagogical Dragomanov University (Kyiv, Ukraine). She has 18 years of experience in media, advertising, PR and communications. Formerly a Head of the Department of Popularization of TV programs and presenters with the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine, communicated the implementation of the public broadcasting reform in Ukraine. Formerly a Head of the expert group with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine, forming the state information policy in the field of commemoration and the image of veterans in society.

Anastasia worked with the communication of four reforms in Ukraine, has dozens of national information campaigns in her portfolio and several awards for effective advertising campaigns. Сurrently she is engaged as an expert on communications of social changes and reforms.

Since 2014 she has volunteered for the Ukrainian army. Anastasia was a press officer of one of the battalions on a volunteer basis. Worked with several charity foundations and NGOs involved in rehabilitation of the severely wounded and veterans with disabilities, as well as their integration into society. She is until now doing her best to approximate the Victory of Ukraine.
